How to Request a Cancellation
Email support@shopptrends.com or use the form on our Contact Us page.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- The name and email address used at checkout.
- Whether you want to cancel the entire order or specific items.
- The names of any items you want to cancel.
Use the email subject “Cancellation Request — Order #[Your Order Number]” to help us identify your request.
Orders That Have Not Shipped
We will check whether your order can still be stopped before shipment. Because processing may begin shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that every cancellation request can be accommodated.
Submitting a request does not automatically cancel your order. Please wait for our confirmation.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once an item has shipped, we generally cannot stop its delivery.
Please review our Returns & Refunds page for the next steps. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the appropriate instructions and return address.
Canceling Part of an Order
If your order contains multiple items, you can request cancellation of specific products.
Items may be processed or shipped separately, so we will check the status of each item and confirm which cancellations are possible.
Refunds for Confirmed Cancellations
If cancellation is confirmed and payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items, including applicable taxes and any associated charges that must be refunded.
Where supported, refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time needed for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
If your payment is still pending, the transaction may be voided instead of refunded.
Cancellation Due to a Shipping Delay
If we cannot ship within the applicable shipment timeframe, we will notify you and provide the required options to accept a delay or cancel for a prompt refund.
The processing and shipment restrictions described above do not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
